Zach Larsen

Zach Larsen is a licensed REALTOR® Salesperson who has lived on the Big Island of Hawai’i for over a decade. Zach specializes in the Kohala, Kamuela, and Waikoloa regions, including luxury resort communities along the coast.

Prior to working in real estate, Zach founded the Hilo Food Hub, the island’s largest commercial kitchen serving dozens of tenants. As a chef and small business owner, he identified a need for an affordable, licensed kitchen space and created the Hub to fill that gap. After selling the Hub to new owners, he transitioned into real estate full-time. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit to his work and enjoys finding unique and lucrative opportunities for his clients to buy, sell, and invest.

Zach enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to those seeking second homes or vacation rental properties. An avid golfer, he is well-versed in the Big Island’s golf courses.

Outside of work, Zach loves spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring the ocean, and soaking in Hawaii’s natural beauty. A lifelong foodie, he’s always ready to share his favorite spots for burgers, musubi, or poke across the island.
