Pat Strausse

Before moving to Hawaii in 1997, Pat lived in Alaska and loved working at a local TV station, KTUU.   But, after over 20 years of Alaskan winters, her dream was to move to Hawaii and play golf year round.  Since moving to the Big Island, Pat has lived in three very different climate zones, Waimea, Waikoloa, Waiki’i Ranch and now back to Waimea. Her local experience combined with working with dozens of home buyers and sellers all over the island since 2001, places her in a unique position to understand what her clients need to know about selling homes or finding a special place to live and call home.

Having bought and sold investment property, worked with first time home buyers, vacation home buyers, ranch properties, and distressed properties, Pat has vast knowledge in helping clients to buy or sell property in North or South Kohala.  She prides herself in putting her clients needs first.  She listens, shares her knowledge and works together with clients to meet their goals.
