Margery Mayo

A long time resident of Hawaii, Margery made The Big Island her home in 1969.

She made the choice to start a career in real estate here in 1977 and has continued to build that career using all the knowledge gathered over time and love of this beautiful island that has never lessened.

Focusing her career mainly on the west side of the Island, she has, over the years, gone to all parts of the Island to help so many others make a home in Hawaii. In 2002 she chose to work primarily in the resorts along our beautiful “Gold Coast”. The time spent in these resort locations provided the desired expertise and more intimate knowledge of these areas supporting focus on resort sales as well as residential areas on our west side.

Years of working and living on the Big Island have added to a skill for matching the right property with the right people. Specializing in residential properties on the west side of the Island including Hawi, Kohala Ranch, Kohala Waterfront, Kohala by the Sea, Puako, Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani and Waikoloa Beach Resort, her success rate has been excellent for finding that right property and maintaining a reputation for integrity and long term relationships.
