Kathy moved from Laguna Beach California to the Big Island in 1981and never regretted it. She started her Real Estate career in April of 2000 and has chosen to focus on residential sales on the Westside of the Big Island, mainly the South Kohala area from the hills of Waimea to the Village of Waikoloa and to the shores of the beautiful Kohala Coast. Years of living on the Big Island and the knowledge of the different communities, have given her the ability to locate the perfect match for her clients. Kathy not only believes it’s her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability but to also educate them throughout every step of the process so they can make the best decisions possible. She values hard work, integrity, outstanding client communication and a strong commitment to ethics and service.
