Bruce Graham

Bruce’s passion for design and architecture coupled with his working knowledge of construction and development includes a multi-decade history of real estate sales including redesign, revitalization and re-sale. He’s worked with independent builders and managed sales for new home subdivisions and spec homes, and in planning new subdivisions through the acquisition and assembly of land parcels. With a wide range of experience in the field, his responsibilities have included subdivision plat layout, custom and production home design, assistance in filling public reports, and coordinating work between municipalities, architects and designers. His diverse experience also includes assisting Home Owners Associations with CCR’s, by-laws and architectural design guidance.

His successful 25 years of luxury home real estate sales has also included property management of high-end homes, overseeing all aspects of home maintenance and care.
