“The Adventure” began with a realization and a simple question. The realization: “We’re totally doing this life thing backwards!” The question: “Why don’t we live somewhere warm and visit the snow for a week or so during the winter?” So finally after way too many Minnesota winters with way too short and infrequent vacations to the warm spots of the globe, we sold it all and, with our high school aged twins, were out of there! Today our kids are off starting their own lives and figuring out how they themselves are going to continue “The Adventure”.

Ok, here’s the bio part. After many years of being a licensed contractor I started my real estate sales career in 2001. Much of my early real estate career involved corporate relocation where maximum property exposure and market education was vital in a short period of time. That experience also works well for my resort clients where maximum exposure to property and market education is vital in a short period of on-island time. I’ve earned GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) status, HI Real Estate Broker license and multiple sales and customer service awards over the years. My passion and focus are the resort neighborhoods along the Kohala and Kona coasts of the Big Island.

By the way, we still haven’t booked the snow vacation yet. Maybe next year…
