After numerous trips to the Big Island, we decided to purchase our own property, as we had been staying at rentals. We were lucky enough to work with Big Island Bob. We started our search looking at raw land in the Kohala Ranch area where cows roam free, Bob had no problem dodging the cow pies in his flip flops! For the better part of ten years, we have been visiting the Big Island of Hawaii, always hoping at some point in our lives we'd have a place to call our own. During that time, we had three children and then three years ago, stayed in Waikoloa Beach resorts. There, we went to an Open House and met Bob Furneisen.
